解決方法：
第一步：重新注冊動態(tài)鏈接庫。
1、Win+X組合鍵呼出隱藏菜單，點(diǎn)擊其中命令提示符(管理員)；
2、在管理員：運(yùn)行命令提示符窗口，輸入for %1 in (%windir%\system32\*.dll) do regsvr32.exe /s %1后回車運(yùn)行。
第二步：下載安裝Microsoft Visual C++最新版本并安裝

同時(shí)按下win+x，打開【運(yùn)行】窗口，然后輸入【regedit】 單擊確定-打開注冊表編輯器，依次打開【HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE→SOFTWARE→microsoft→Windows→CurrentVersion→Run】， 然后找到【runtime】項(xiàng)，刪掉
